Management and reports: know where your margin is
The dashboards, the profitability by file, by client and by user, the sales and statistics reports, and how they export to Excel, so you decide with data.
Decide with data, not with a feeling
Without timely numbers, you decide by gut feeling. Beglobber reports sales, cost and profit from the same files your team works in, so the figures are those of your operation. Which reports appear in the menu depends on how your company is configured.
The dashboards
The home screen shows the month: files, quotes, the conversion of quotes into bookings, cancellations, departures in the next 7 and 30 days, passengers who travel soon and new clients. In many configurations there is also a dashboard for the whole company, with files, pax, sale, cost, profit and margin, the average ticket, the conversion and the cancellation rate, and charts of the top 10 by profit, by manager, hotels and suppliers, the geographic distribution, sales growth and the best-selling destinations.
Profit by file
The files report has one row per file with its passengers, client, cost, sale, amount invoiced, balance, profit and profit percentage, and filters by date, country, client, responsible, status and type. The cost report groups the same by service order, file or supplier, and the sales report groups the sales by client, country or city.
The executive report, by client or by country
The executive report analyses one client or one country in USD, comparing the period with the previous one of the same length: sale, cost, profit and margin, average file, booked files, passengers, conversion, outstanding and overdue balance for a client, the monthly trend and the best-selling destinations, and rankings. It also lists the clients who deserve attention, such as high-value clients with no booking in more than a year.
Profitability per user
In configurations where it is enabled, the profitability-by-user report computes the commission or bonus of each seller from the profit of their files in the month. Each user has commission bands, and the report shows the target, the actual, what is missing and the compliance. These are not free quotas: the target comes from the bands you define.
Expenses and statistics
The expenses report summarizes expenses by date, currency and category. The hotel statistics show passengers, rooms, room nights, average stay and passengers per room by hotel, room, city or country, and the supplier statistics show passengers and quantities by service, city or country.
Export and access
Reports export to Excel, and each invoice, receipt or quote is printed as PDF; the reports themselves are not exported as PDF. Reports are scoped by access: a manager sees the reports of the users assigned to them, and a user without that assignment sees only their own files.
